At Vino Bambino, our wine blending experience is much more than your average wine tasting. Imagine being able to create your very own wine blends to your taste with the finest quality grapes complete with your own custom label. Our Wine Blending Experience lets YOU become the winemaker and become a participant in the winemaking process. Come join us at our winery for an eve of learning, socializing, and wine tasting with friends! Perfect for corporate team building events, bachelorette parties, or private parties. Price per session: $75 per person Experience Includes: - 7 tastings - Includes 1 FREE 375 ml bottle of your personal handcrafted blend complete with your own custom label! (after 9 months of bottle aging - FREE storage of your wine for up to 1 year included.) - Wine Blending Placemats: participants each receive 1 placemat per flight that visually shows each blend's composition along with a description and tasting notes for each grape. - We enhance the whole experience with a nice charcuterie board comprised of selected dried meats, cheeses, and specialty crackers. - Additional bottles of your custom blend can be purchased for a discounted pre-release price of $25 each for 750 mL bottles. You may also opt to "supersize" the included 375 mL to a 750 mL bottle for an additional $15!) - Duration is 90 to 120 minutes long. Right now, we offer a few different dominant varietals that will get chosen by winemaker prior to blending session. 🍇 SYRAH BLENDING (**CURRENT BLEND**): We will be blending Syrah (Primary Grape Varietal) with Malbec and Petite Sirah. (P27) 🍇 CABERNET SAUVIGNON BLENDING: We will be blending Cabernet Sauvignon (Primary Grape Varietal) with Zinfandel and Petite Sirah. (P26) 🍇 CABERNET SAUVIGNON BLENDING: We will be blending Cabernet Sauvignon (Primary Grape Varietal) with Malbec and Petit Verdot. (P25) 🥂 WHITE WINE BLENDING: We will be blending Chardonnay (Primary Grape Varietal) with Riesling and Hard Pressings (Riesling, Chardonnay, & Viognier). (P24) 🥂 WHITE WINE BLENDING: We will be blending Viognier (Primary Grape Varietal) with Riesling and Hard Pressings (Riesling, Chardonnay, & Viognier). (P22) 🍇 CABERNET SAUVIGNON BLENDING: We will be blending Cabernet Sauvignon (Primary Grape Varietal) with Merlot and Petit Verdot. Cancellation Policy
TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE: Please call or text us at 610-299-5008. Must provide 72 hours notice. No-shows will have to purchase a new ticket and will not be eligible for a refund. RESCHEDULING FEE: 25% GUEST MINIMUM PER SESSION: You may book for any number of guests but we require a MINIMUM of 8 guests for the Wine Blending experience. If we don't have 8 guests minimum within 72 hours before the scheduled session, we'll contact you to reschedule. LATENESS POLICY: We value our customer's time therefore, we ask all of our customers to be on time for their scheduled Wine Blending Experience. Doors will open promptly 10 minutes before the designated start time. The Wine Blending Experience will start promptly at 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. It's imperative that all do their best to show up on time, as others will be at the event. BOOKING A GROUP OR LARGER PARTY: If you're booking for a larger party, please add all the spots to your cart during checkout so that we know to sit you together. We may not be able to combine tables on the day of the class or accommodate groups sitting together if we do not know in advance that a group is arriving together. PAYMENT POLICY FOR GROUP BOOKINGS: All group bookings must be paid by one group leader. We’re unable to accept separate payments from individual group members. The group leader is responsible for collecting payment and submitting it directly to us. If others book separately, we cannot guarantee they’ll be seated with the group. AGE REQUIREMENT: All Wine Blending Experience participants must be 21 years of age or older.
